Cards you send off for grading fall into a mystery hole. They are off your shelf for months, they are not really in your collection, so what if you had a place to track them?
What it would do:
Create a submission: grading company, service level, declared value, what you sent, what it cost
Cards in a submission stay in your collection but read as "at PSA" or "at CGC" rather than sitting at home
Move the status along as it progresses, and log the grade when it comes back
The card converts from raw to graded in one step, keeps its cost basis, and picks up the grading fee as part of what you have in it
Grading ROI: what the raw card was worth, what the graded card is worth, what the submission cost, and whether it was worth doing
