Photograph the front and back of a raw card and get its centering measured: left/right and top/bottom ratios on both faces, plus an estimate of where centering alone would cap its grade.
Scope for the first version is centering only, since it is the part a camera can measure honestly. Corners, edges, and surface would follow later. This is a gut check to sort your submission pile, not a perfectly accurate tool.
Comment with which scale you want it calibrated against (PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG) and whether you would use it.
